It's now October and that means one particular thing in our house: it's time to obsess over Halloween. But along with all the other spooky things we love, we give a special place year-round for bats in particular. Luckily for us, October also means its officially Bat Appreciation Month, where we go crazy for all the flight dogs and flitter-mice.
This collection will cover bat basics and I'll probably add more as the month goes on. They're complicated and often misunderstood (but also adorable!) creatures and I hope you'll get a chance to celebrate by seeing some this month too.
