Today's album is The Point! by Harry Nilsson (1970) and the featured video is its equally LSDed-out 1971 animated special directed by Fred Wolf (version here is the Alan Thicke-narrated one shown during the 1980s and 1990s). Full disclosure: as far as kid's stories go, it's kind of stupid but I admire Nilsson's willingness to just run with it without worrying about any cringe. - AB 9/22/25
