Today's album is Who is William Onyeabor? by William Onyeabor (2013) and the featured video is from Bon Appétit about chef George Motz makes burgers at his NYC restaurant Hamburger America, which I went to a few months ago myself. It was pretty good if not amazing but if you get a chance, a grilled onion burger and a seltzer there is worth the cheap cost. - AB 10/3/25
