This is one of those excellent holiday weekends, since I’m spending time with family I love in the best weather possible. Saturday & Sunday were all about hanging outdoors and catching up with relatives while the sun was out. Ditto for Memorial Day today but with some rain thrown in. I can expand on some of this later on but mostly focusing on giving you some good smooth music in the postscript (and a chunky squirrel courtesy of the Norfolk Botanical Garden). - A.B. 5/26/25

P.S. The albums for this post are a trio of ultimate “yacht rock” albums due to being the very yacht rock city of Virginia Beach - Silk Degrees by Boz Scaggs (1976), Minute by Minute by The Doobie Brothers (1978), & the self-titled Christopher Cross (1979).
