This is going to be a busy weekend for me for reasons I'll explain on Sunday/Monday but mostly gearing up to be out and about with several other people throughout the weekend. It's sunny today but rain is expected for the rest of the time, so I'm not sure if that'll negatively impact things or not. Also going to be hot, regardless.

Today's album is one I was listening to yesterday while working called Due North by Liam Kazar (2021). I know very little about Kazar but I've liked the song "Shoes Too Tight" for a few years now and wanted to sit through the whole album to see if there was other songs like it. It's a solid 6/7 out of 10, well-played but a little too focused on replicating older sounds that feels soulless to me at times. Would still recommend it, though, since it's pleasant pop music.
