Since it's my blog and I get to make the command decisions, I'm going to start putting a general comment on days where I just don't have anything of worth to say. There's only so much to comment on the weather and I just have too much on my plate personally to spend my time trying to figure something out. There's also the issue of being without internet at several points throughout this summer, so I'll have days where I can't comment until I come back. I like having these journal posts and don't want to get rid of them but I also feel that there are days where trying to write something is not worth spending the time & energy on it. I'm also prepping some of these up for the upcoming weeks so I can just schedule them to post while I'm unavailable.
If you see the following, it means I've got little to say for the day:
Don't have anything to add for today - please enjoy today's album and image.
I'm hoping this will at least keep me from just leaving this blog behind for long stretches and forgetting to add to it. If something does come up, I'll expand upon the post a little more (obviously).
On a side note, the vaccine seems to have done what it needed to do and I'm feeling a whole lot better now. Weather's meh, though. Today's album is Document by R.E.M. (1987), a.k.a. "The one with 'It's the End of the World'" and today's featured image is from Karsten Weingeart. - A.B. 6/17/25
