This weekend's albums are both volumes of Mutant Disco: A Subtle Dislocation of the Norm (2003) [which should be shown as a double album but Spotify has them split for some weird contractual reason...] and New York Noise: Dance Music from the New York Underground 1976-1982 (2003). These should be treated sort of a shared universe of weird-fuck 80s dance music and should also be listened along with the Disco Not Disco series, which are all on YouTube playlists (included here) and not easily available to hear elsewhere.
