New site for the Post Index and the Album Index

So... Reddit has a 40,000 character limit for their posts and both of indices have grown too large. Because of that, I've now merged and moved both of them to a new Google-hosted site located here:

It's the same ones found over on Reddit but in a new location and with more stuff now added as part of updates. Nothing earth-shattering, just some housekeeping stuff.
