A fun thing about being on Reddit and other social media is that despite all of the garbage you have to ingest, you often also find little pockets of good will and creative solutions. One of these recently I found was on the r/zine subreddit about simple recipes for making bread, an absolute staple if there ever was one. I'm reposting it here, along with the link to download/pay-as-you-will a PDF copy of the zine. It's work like this that reminds me why the internet still has some good uses.



Bonus Bread Stuff!

Bread is actually an important subject to me since baking is the hobby that kept me sane during the COVID lockdowns in 2020-2022. If it weren't for getting into baking bread, I don't know where I'd be right now. Probably miserable and blogless, to be honest. So to honor those early loaves, I'm posting a few more things to kick-start someone else's bread-baking journey.
