Despite loathing self-help books, I've been on a wobbly self-improvement journey lately. Along with rejection sensitivty and not always handling criticism the best way, the other major thing that seems to affect me a lot is procrastination.

In trying to figure out how better to deal with it, there's a lot of material out there that appears to offer advice of different levels of soundness. Here are some that I've been gelling with the last couple days (especially the Reddit post) and hope you might find them useful too:



The next set is from authors I've got mixed feelings about, especially their views and opinions after they've become more well-known, so take these as less as an overall endorsement of the authors and more just "specific articles I found somewhat useful" when reading them.
