Micro-post #168: The history of Quiet Storm, a very D.C. institution

While I grew up in the Virginia suburbs, I remember knowing a lot of people who liked playing WHUR's Quiet Storm station on the regular. So there's quite a bit of nostalgia attached to hearing the 99% Invisible podcast episode about it. The station's still around and going strong by the way, so if you need something smooth for your evenings, it's well worth putting on to unwind (and why I've also embedded it after the podcast).
